, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
Follow company procedures and service standards
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet service targets
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
