Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service roles
  • Desired experience in invoicing and account reconciliation.
  • Advanced English level (constant interaction with international customers).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Knowledge of SAP SD/MM and customer web portal operations.

Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, building strong relationships with key representatives and ensuring a seamless, efficient service experience aligned with excellence standards. The goal is to anticipate, address, and resolve any situation that may impact customer satisfaction, while proactively collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
