This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Email Support Specialist based in Klang Sentral. The specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries via email efficiently and professionally. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, troubleshooting product or service issues, identifying possible solutions, and providing clear communication to ensure a positive customer experience. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and collaborating with internal teams to address escalated concerns are also key responsibilities.
