Role: Customer Service

Location: Cyberjaya

Exp: Min 6 months in Customer service

Language: Mandarin(Read, Write, Speak)

Customer Service – Voice, Chat & Email Support

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound voice operations

Respond to customer inquiries via chat and emailDeliver excellent customer experience while meeting service KPIs

Working Schedule: 5 working days & 2 days off per week

Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM – 2:00 AM

Salary Package: RM4,300 basic Up to RM300 KPI incentive

Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification

At least 6 months BPO Customer Service experience

Fluent in spoken, reading & typing Mandarin and English

English proficiency at B2 level
