    • As the first point of contact at our Welshpool branch, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and helping customers find the right equipment solutions.

    You’ll join a collaborative team of 12, including drivers, mechanics, and customer service coordinators, all working toward a common goal. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

    What you’ll do

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email

  • Prepare hire schedules, quotes, and invoices

  • Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns
