Elevate customer satisfaction as a Customer Service Coordinator for Transcription Services. Collaborate with physicians, prioritize inquiries, and resolve service challenges while ensuring quality delivery.
This role reports to the Regional Service Manager and calls for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will forge strong relationships, mediate conflicts, and champion educational programs on dictation practices.
