Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating service order with internal and external customer.
  • Processing of order.
  • To coordinate and arrange for customer on-site support request.
  • To coordinate and monitor shipment send to factory and or third party services, ensure timely returning and delivery.
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing parcel.
  • Answering calls and queries accurately.
  • Responding customer email timely.
  • To take up additional tasks as directed from superior time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Required skill(s): ability to prioritize own workload and multitasking, excellent communication skills, attention to details, MS Office
