Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating service order with internal and external customer.
- Processing of order.
- To coordinate and arrange for customer on-site support request.
- To coordinate and monitor shipment send to factory and or third party services, ensure timely returning and delivery.
- Processing of incoming and outgoing parcel.
- Answering calls and queries accurately.
- Responding customer email timely.
- To take up additional tasks as directed from superior time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Required skill(s): ability to prioritize own workload and multitasking, excellent communication skills, attention to details, MS Office
