Customer Service Coordinator- Line Booking Processing

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Import Line Booking Team (Deep Sea). The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach, ensuring enquiries and delivery bookings are handled professionally, accurately, and within agreed KPIs.   • Manage own workload, communicating effectively when support is needed 
  • Processing work in-line with client requirements and MSC UK performance standards - resolving Customer enquiries quickly and professionally
