Customer Service Coordinator - Ha Noi

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Working Location: Giang Vo, Hanoi

• Manage customer relationships by receiving requests, monitoring service implementation, and handling or coordinating the resolution of issues that arise.
• Coordinate between customers and internal departments to ensure service quality and project timelines; prepare project documentation, reports, and related materials.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Accounting, and other departments to monitor costs and receivables, while identifying opportunities to introduce additional services to customers.

II. REQUIREMENTS

• College degree or above in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Economics, International Business, Transportation, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Customer Service.
