Customer Service Coordinator

Vertu Motors, Gateshead Here at Vertu Motors we have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer service team. Based at our offices in Gateshead, this is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week with a salary of £26,437.

Responsibilities

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to coordinate product, compliance and Customer service issues.
• Perform customer contact details Verifications.
• Provide updates, direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated dealership or regional/franchise directors.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
