VirtueStaff is seeking a proactive and highly organized professional to provide critical administrative and customer support within the Home Services & Trades industry for our client. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing the full communication lifecycle from answering initial phone inquiries to setting appointments and following up via email. You will also play a key role in operational efficiency by managing CRM data, ordering job materials, and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline our internal workflows.
