Job Description
Position: Client Support & Sales Coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Provide service updates and follow-ups
- Support customer retention and engagement
- Assist in quotation, tender, and contract follow-up
- Maintain customer records and enquiry tracking
- Coordinate with operations and admin teams
- Generate invoices using SQL Accounting
Requirements
- Experience in customer service / client support preferred
- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu
(Mandarin required for Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills
Working Hours
- Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Selected Sat: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (if required)
