Job Description

Position: Client Support & Sales Coordination

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone
  • Provide service updates and follow-ups
  • Support customer retention and engagement
  • Assist in quotation, tender, and contract follow-up
  • Maintain customer records and enquiry tracking
  • Coordinate with operations and admin teams
  • Generate invoices using SQL Accounting

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service / client support preferred
  • Able to communicate in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu

(Mandarin required for Mandarin-speaking clients)

  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer skills

Working Hours

  • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Selected Sat: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (if required)
