  • Assure service parts FG delivery as promised to the Customer
  • Daily meeting with the plant for follow-up requirements
  • Customer meetings
  • Monitoring Covisint to address shortages
  • Prepare deliveries to ship to the Customer
  • Loadthe manual requirement on the SAP spot buy dealers
  • Follow up to create a scheduling agreement (Salesforce portal)
  • Capacity for analysis
  • Customer Scorecard
  • Customer Portals review
