Job Description

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client located in Chilliwack. 

What We Offer: 

  • Salary: $23.00 to 24.00 per hour

  • Job Type/Shift: Monday to Friday 

  • Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

    • What You'll Do: 

  • Answer enquiries and ensure that they provide proper information
  • Gain and apply knowledge in the processes of our business in order to best support our customers
  • Ensure that customers have a great experience dealing with the company
  • Ensure that requests are acted upon timely and accurately
  • Resolve issues and follow up on customer requests
  • Provide information to customers
  • Report areas of customer concerns
  • Perform other various duties as required
  • Digital management of tasks and record keeping
