Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organised, customer‑focused professional to serve as a National Service Centre Call Agent. This role is critical to delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth contract delivery across a broad range of services.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (early finish at 16:30 on Fridays). Hybrid working: up to two days per week remote working available upon successful completion of the induction period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality customer support via call handling and service coordination.
  • Raise and manage job requests and reports.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, conferences and vehicle bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records, audits and filing systems.
  • Provide reception cover and diary management when required.
