Working Hours : Monday - Friday (3 shifts)
Job Summary
The Customer Service Executive provides exceptional support to Brand Partners and customers through phone, email, online chat, and in-person interactions. This role ensures a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
