Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Providing customer service to clients, addressing customers' inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

· Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, order processing, and maintaining accurate records

· Perform order processing and coordinate with operations team on shipping arrangement to ensure on time delivery

· Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients

· Identifying and communicating any potential problems or opportunities to the sales team

· Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Available positions in Georgetown (Penang) or Mid Valley (Kuala Lumpur)

· Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
