Job Description
Key Responsibilities
. Manage documentation (quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders)
. Ensure proper packing of goods for delivery/export
. Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries
. Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
. Monitor stock movement
. Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
. 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales
. Proficient in Accpac and MS Office
. Self-driven, independent, and able to multitask
. Technical knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts
. Professional Certificate/Diploma or related field
. Customer service/sales admin experience will be an advantage
Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 9am to 6:15pm
