As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience through effective communication and problem-solving. This role is part of the R.I.S.E Program, a 12-month structured work-and-study program for fresh graduates or individuals looking to gain workplace experience while earning a recognized certificate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or live chat
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Record and update customer information accurately
  • Follow service SOPs and escalation procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma; fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
  • Positive attitude, patient, and customer-oriented
