Customer Service Associate
Responsibilities:
- Provide an amazing, personalized experience for each customer
- Effectively and proactively diagnose and solve day‑to‑day customer concerns and issues through emails, livechat and calls
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
- Quickly identify solutions in the best interest of both the customer and the company
- Take full ownership and follow up closely with customer queries
- Be proactive in providing the best solutions to meet customer needs
- Ensure feedback flows to various teams in ZALORA to improve our services
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree
- Proficiency in English; additional languages will be a definite plus (Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese)
