Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an amazing, personalized experience for each customer
  • Effectively and proactively diagnose and solve day‑to‑day customer concerns and issues through emails, livechat and calls
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Quickly identify solutions in the best interest of both the customer and the company
  • Take full ownership and follow up closely with customer queries
  • Be proactive in providing the best solutions to meet customer needs
  • Ensure feedback flows to various teams in ZALORA to improve our services

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages will be a definite plus (Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese)
