Main Tasks
Receives and monitors inbound orders from customersAccurately keys customer orders into Sage and ensuring all details are correct and match the customer’s PO in accuracy and completenessMaintain detailed and organized records of customer ordersInitiates and coordinates requests for new part number set up (as applies)Initiates and coordinates pricing requests (as applies)Handles updates to the order per the customer request (quantity change, date change, ship to, etc)Answer inbound callsProvide a high level of service to our customersAdditional duties as assignedRequirements:
