The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join a global pharmaceutical company. You will support internal teams and manage customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders within set timeframes
  • Track deliveries and liaise with logistics providers
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Support account setup, returns, and credit/debit processing
  • Prepare basic reports

Skills & Experience

  • HSC or relevant qualification
  • 2+ years in a similar role
