We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and confident, customer‑facing, individual, who enjoys variety in their day‑to‑day tasks. You will be joining a long‑standing team here at PK Motors, where everyone is a part of the family.

The Role

You will be predominantly responsible for carrying out handovers of customers’ vehicles and courtesy vehicles, both onsite and at customers’ home addresses. You will be expected to carry out detailed damage check reports, gather relevant information for each job, and spot any potential upsell opportunities. You may also be required to perform additional tasks as part of the wider PK team, such as cleaning customers’ vehicles pre‑ and post‑repairs, readying courtesy vehicles for the customers, assisting onsite with general housekeeping tasks, and other duties as required.
