Customer Service Assistant

Role

The role focuses on the customer experience. Parking is easy, trolleys in reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time, and payment met with a smile. While you create a helpful and friendly customer experience, we’ll reward, develop, and invest in you. You’ll receive all training, support, and opportunities. Think of it as a down‑to‑earth place to work, where you can grow. This role is either an 8‑hour or 16‑hour part‑time contract.

About you

Every day you’ll deal with and assist customers, so you must offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service.
