Customer Service Assistant (m/f/d)

for the next possible start date.

What to expect:

  • Responsible for processing ordersAccepting, tracking and controlling ordersEntering orders into the internal ERP systemProcessing orders in compliance with customs regulations in foreign trade
  • Accepting, processing and coordinating customer enquiries via live chat and email
  • Checking and following up on delivery deadlines
  • Working closely with the internal interfaces of the Credit department and the parent company in the USA
  • Coordinate customer enquiries with the corresponding inventory in the individual departments
  • Creating, checking and, if necessary, procuring order-relevant documents
  • Recording new customers and continuous maintenance of master data in the ERP system
