For an important international organization operating in the medical-scientific sector, we are looking for a
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
The selected candidate will join the Membership & Registration team and will be mainly responsible for reviewing, updating and cleaning data within the company CRM system.
Main Responsibilities
- Review and update data within Salesforce CRM
- Identify and manage duplicates, inconsistencies and missing information
- Validate and correct administrative and account data
- Ensure database quality, accuracy and consistency
- Support administrative and customer service activities within the department
Requirements
- Diploma or university degree
- Previous experience in administrative roles or data cleaning/data entry activities
