I’m working with a leading distribution company for the plumbing and bathroom sector based in Lisburn who are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their growing sales office team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle telephone and email enquiries from customers and trade professionals with professionalism and efficiency
  • Generate accurate sales quotations and orders while proactively promoting existing and new products through outbound calls
  • Liaise with customers regarding stock availability or discrepancies, offering alternative solutions and upselling where possible
  • Provide internal sales support to field representatives and assist with after-sales support, including price and invoice queries
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and marketing events to build relationships and enhance brand presence
