Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in the DACH region and act as the first point of contact for questions and inquiries
  • Maintain data and set up new customers, building long‑term relationships through excellent service
  • Monitor daily warehouse movements and proactively identify and address discrepancies
  • Coordinate inventory checks, taking responsibility for communication, analysis, and follow‑up
  • Handle quality‑related issues and stay in close contact with the quality department until resolution

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office administrator, or comparable experience in customer service
  • Motivated and eager to learn – motivation is more important than many years of experience
