Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in the DACH region and act as the first point of contact for questions and inquiries
- Maintain data and set up new customers, building long‑term relationships through excellent service
- Monitor daily warehouse movements and proactively identify and address discrepancies
- Coordinate inventory checks, taking responsibility for communication, analysis, and follow‑up
- Handle quality‑related issues and stay in close contact with the quality department until resolution
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office administrator, or comparable experience in customer service
- Motivated and eager to learn – motivation is more important than many years of experience
