Job Responsibilities:

  • Inbound calls from US customers for utility bills and bill related queries- Some outbound calls may be required
  • Attention to detail and customer – first mindset
  • 100% attendance & schedule adherence
  • Always maintain full integrity and be fully compliant with all policies of the company.
  • Participate in call quality feedback and development sessions
  • Respond appropriately on every call and complete all the process requirements
  • Goals and targets are required to be met and follow schedules for completing daily / weekly and monthly goals
  • Interviews will be conducted in office - Eastwood City, Quezon City

Qualifications:

  • International Inbound Customer Service experience in any INTERNATIONAL BPO as a CSR
  • Knowledge of how to handle daily inbound calls in a call center operation.
