• Provide technical customer support via phone and email.

• Handle Level 1–2 technical incidents and service-related queries.

• Register and follow up customer cases using CRM and ticketing systems.

• Deliver high-quality customer experience in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

• Escalate complex cases following internal procedures and quality standards.

• Support customers in a professional and solution-oriented way as a teleoperador/a specialist.
