Customer Service Advisor - 4 on / 4 off | 7am-7pm | Temp to Perm
This role is the first point of contact for clients reporting maintenance issues, ensuring every request is logged accurately and handled with professionalism. You'll support the full end‑to‑end process, helping deliver a smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and provide clear, supportive guidance.
Log, track, and manage jobs using internal systems with high accuracy.
Raise service requests and route them to the correct internal teams.
Update customers on outstanding jobs, progress, and contract entitlements.
Run reports to monitor workflow and job progression.
Liaise with internal departments and subcontractors to keep jobs moving.
Chase and escalate outstanding tasks when required.
Maintain strong professionalism and customer care at all times.
