Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with the UK's leading manufacturers of boilers, heat pumps & heating systems and they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in the Workload and Planning division on a full-time permanent basis.

Hours: 39.5 per week, on a rota basis (Monday - Sunday)

Location: Belper (on-site)

Responsibilities

  • Support Field Engineers, Subcontractors, and Contact Centre Agents by coordinating service activities and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
  • Managing email requests efficiently and processing service bookings via Salesforce and SAP.
  • Liaise across departments to maintain accuracy and transparency in scheduling and workload planning.
  • Managing diaries and prioritising tasks, helping to streamline operations and ensure service excellence.
