Customer Service Advisor (Welsh Essential)

Full Time (37 hours per week) and Permanent

Monday - Friday on a rota basis 8am - 8pm

Job purpose:

To provide an outstanding support service (Welsh and English) to all Bridgend College students and stakeholders.

• Ability to answer phone calls, enquiries and LiveChat confidently in Welsh
• Ability to deliver a high quality customer focussed service
• Ability to implement administration systems
• Knowledge of Google Suite
• Good interpersonal skills
