Customer Service Advisor Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact across phone, email, and webform, delivering clear support for product, licence, and order queries
  • Process orders and manage licences accurately, including renewals and updates, while keeping CRM data up to date and logging all interactions
  • Support Customer Success Associates with administrative tasks, share customer feedback, and help maintain smooth internal communication
