Work from Home 7:00 am to 1pm

We are Australia based company in home loans and Health services.

Intake of new patients and referrals appointment setting

Scheduling, and sending reminders to patients

Good knowledge of accounting procedures or outbound cold calls is essential

At least 3 years of proven experience In customer Service, SEO or Accounts Assistant role

Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal

Solid organizational and time management skills and keen attention to detail

Familiarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP

Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)

Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills

Proactive attitude

Work remotely from anywhere and anytime with flexibility.
