Job Description
Our client is looking for a Customer Service advisor (Part Time), based in Port Solent Marina. This role will be primarily office based but will also include some outdoor working and is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual, with a flexible work ethic, to join a fast paced and friendly team on a busy marina.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service
- A good understanding of enquiry and sales handling
- Ability to learn and use computer software systems
- “A can do” attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
Work Hours
- Average of 26.25 hours per week across the year
- Summer season (April-September): typically around 4.5 days per week on a rota
- Winter season (October-March): typically around 2.5 days per week on a rota
Experience and knowledge of boating would be beneficial but not essential as training, where required, ...
