We are presently recruiting a Customer & Product Experience Advisor for our clients, main dealership representing one of Ireland’s leading automotive brands in Tralee, County Kerry. You will act as the trusted advisor for customers and will ensure they receive expert guidance throughout their sales, service, and ownership journey. This is an ideal position to develop your knowledge in the motor se ctor and progress into a career in Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and support customers in the showroom, service area, and digital channels.

  • Provide detailed product knowledge on vehicles, technology, and aftersales services.

  • Guide customers through features, connected services, and new model launches.

  • Handle queries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution.
