The Role
Working as part of a campaign here at CC33, you will be working on behalf of a major UK-based travel agent who specialise in short and medium haul flights and accommodation packages. As a customer service advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and assisting a variety of customer queries, both pre- and post-holiday.
We are looking to expand our Customer Service team with candidates who can offer our customers a memorable journey for all the right reasons.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
· Handling enquires from customers, both pre- and post-holiday. Taking ownership of effectively dealing with the customer queries and trying to resolve any issues in a confident manner to the customers satisfaction.
