CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - FRENCH/SPANISH SPEAKING (NT)

Location: Budapest, XI. district, hybrid (2 day/office)

Tasks:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and video channels, providing support in English and French.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support by resolving issues and providing timely solutions at the first point of contact whenever possible.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, service activation, and product adoption activities.
