As a Customer Care Specialist at Bensons for Beds, you’ll be the person who turns problems into positive experiences. Whether it’s over live chat, email or phone, you’ll support customers at key moments.

You won’t just follow scripts you’ll use your initiative, work with different teams across the business, and take real ownership of each case to get the right outcome. We’re big on first-time resolution, but even bigger on doing right by the customer.

If you’re someone who stays calm under pressure, listens properly, and enjoys finding solutions (even the tricky ones), you’ll fit right in.
