£22,000 - £28,000 OTE - depending on experience. At Fonehouse we like to connect customers with things they love, through a seamless personal experience. We achieve this through our dedicated contact centre teams and currently have some exciting opportunities for the right people to join us. Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers via communication channels (live chat, telephone and email).
  • Work under own initiative and alongside fellow team colleagues.
  • Achieve realistic key performance indicators and targets.
  • Highly motivated to provide solutions on a first-time resolution basis.
