Our client is based in Bilborough, Nottingham and are looking to add a new customer support executive addition to the fast growing team. It's a fun time to join and every day is busy and never the same! Our client has a great culture and really look after our staff to ensure the working environment is fantastic and morale-boosting.

The Customer Service Advisor is the front-facing position within the business and as such is responsible for all complaints, queries and building on the success of the business. In addition, they are seeking a driven, passionate and positive person to join the team.

They need to be open to new challenges, integrate into our fun and dynamic team to learn from and a fast-moving environment to dive into. If this sounds like you then this company is the place for you.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.30am - 5pm (30 minutes lunch) Overtime when required may be weekend work..
