- Prepare the quotation for customers and raise the job orders
- Recommends service contracts and provide technical advise to customers
- Liaise with contractors on the service/repair of the vehicles
- Perform basic investigation into customers' complaints and rectify the problem
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
