Role Overview
We are looking to add customer-focused representatives to join our telephone-based servicing team based in Dubai. The role supports our global customer base around the clock and involves a dedicated 6‑hour shift per day (30 hours per week) between 08:00 and 17:00, including occasional weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Support customers with their enquiries about policies and member correspondence via phone or written communication, following appropriate investigation procedures.
- Make changes to memberships according to policy.
- Reissue and track members’ documents.
- Collect payments manually from customers’ credit cards.
- Handle billing inquiries and raise manual credit notes and invoices as needed.
- Issue payment receipts for members and group payments.
- Coordinate with providers (e.g. brokers) to address any queries.
