Acorn Occupational Health - part of Spire Healthcare Group - is seeking a self-motivated, full-time, office-based Customer Service Administrator to support our growing Client Services team.

The role will involve customer support, report auditing, issuing questionnaires via database systems, and a range of general administrative duties.

Within the role:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including diary management, handling post, emails, telephone calls, general correspondence, photocopying, shredding and scanning
  • Assist with the management of multiple databases
  • Audit medical health surveillance reports, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
