Customer Service Administrator
Location: Appley Bridge
Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour
Start Date: ASAP (Temp Assignment of at least 6 months)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00
The Role
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join one of our client's busy team in Appley Bridge on a temp basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
This position will provide key support to the wider team, acting as a reliable helping hand across multiple administrative and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support to the team
Assisting with matching PODs (Proof of Delivery) to records/invoices
Handling and resolving invoice queries
Raising credit notes accurately and efficiently
