Customer Service Administrator

  • Provides technical support to our customers and are expected to develop a working knowledge of our core products.

  • Professionally represent the company to our customers with the knowledge and skills to provide them the product or service they need.

  • There a 95/5 split between office work and warehouse requirements that includes inventory counts, organization, and shipping orders as needed.

  • Issue quotes with appropriate lead times

  • Receive customer orders

  • Communicate the scheduling of production
