Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming inquiries, and assign cases to Service staffProvide administrative support to Service departmentEnter caller and case information accurately and efficiently into company ticketing systemAssist in the scheduling and planning travel for Service-related customer visitsMaintain an adequate inventory of office suppliesPreparation of training materialsPunch-list tracking & updating, creating meeting minutes and documentationOther duties as assignedQualifications:
