Job Description
Based in Bicester we are looking for a confident administrator to join a local company as a customer Sevrice Administrator. Supporting a busy team, you will be a key part of ensuring compliance within the company.
Working hours will be 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Duties of the Customer Service Administrator:
· Process orders with suppliers.
· Invoice customers.
· Schedule inspections.
· Maintain an up-to-date system, ensuring records are regularly updated as required.
· Manage and respond to email and telephone queries.
· Ad hoc administrative support as necessary.
Attributes:
· Strong admin skills, with previous experience in an admin position.
· Computer literate and confident on Microsoft Office
· Work well within a team.
· Good communication skills both written and verbal.
· Have strong initiative, working well independently.
