My client is a global leader in dental implant, restorative, and digital dental solutions, supporting dental professionals across Australia and New Zealand with premium, innovative products and services. They are seeking some external support within their medium sized customer service team. 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Processing customer orders accurately in SAP
  • Managing returns, credits, and invoicing
  • Handling customer enquiries and providing product information
  • Maintaining accurate customer and order records
  • Supporting internal teams, including Sales and Product Specialists
